    Description
    Comes with a keyed tumbler lock to reduce pilferage and vandalism. Front-loading for easy service and maintenance. Rollers are non-removable without keyed access.

    The dispenser will only dispense its reserve second roll after the first roll is empty. This ensures that the custodian is replacing empty rolls only and not having to deal with two half-empty rolls during their maintenance rounds.
